Go to the mountains

Today I encouraged myself. 27 year old Natalie made 33 year old Natalie really think.

I started watching a couple of my old YouTube videos and listened attentively to the words I uploaded onto YouTube on 30th June 2016 after a reflection on Exodus. I also pondered on how different I looked, and missing the earrings and dress I was wearing in the clip!

Anyway, I felt challenged and encouraged and just thought I would share this video with you all. I hope at least one people finds this helpful. When was the last time you took time aside to deliberately think about your business / hobbies / life / other interests? When did you last go to your mountain?
